Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 5 tbspedible gum
  2. 6 tbspghee
  3. 1 1/4 cupwhole wheat flour
  4. 1/2 cupboora sugar
  5. 1/2 tspblack pepper roughly crushed
  6. 3 tbspchopped almon
  7. 3 tbspdry coconut grated
  8. ghee for deep frying gum

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee in a non stick pan

    Add flour and roast it over medium flame for 10 minutes stirring continuously

  3. 3

    Keep aside to cool completely

    Heat the ghee for deep frying gaund in a kadhai and fry the gaund till the pieces puffs up

    Transfer the fried gaund to a plate and allow it to cool

  6. 6

    Combine sugar, fried gaund, amlond, coconut, black pepper and roasted flour in a deep bowl, mix well

  7. 7

    Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each into a medium round ball

  8. 8

    Serve or store in an air tight container
