Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlsuji
  2. 1/2 bowlcurd
  3. 1/2Eno
  4. 1 spoonsalt
  5. Halfglass water
  6. Fry ingredients
  7. 1tomato chopped
  8. 1onion chopped
  9. 1green chilli
  10. 1 spoonmustard seed
  11. Green coriander
  12. 1 spoonoil

Cooking Instructions

    Suji dahi ko mix karein.and salt add karein...weight for 30minutes.

    Use idli stand...use idli bowls and get mixture in bowls and take 15min steam and...for check...take a knife and put into the idli...if idli is not stick to the knife...and your idlii is ready

    Take a pane...and add oil...and mustard seed,tomato,onion,green chilli and mix all ingredients...and get idlii to the pane and mix it well...gurnish with coriander and serve it...
