Ingredients

  1. 6 tbsp.Chickpea flour (besan)
  2. 1/2 cupfinely chopped onion
  3. 1 tea spoonsalt or according to taste
  4. 1 tea spoonBlack pepper
  5. 1 tea spooncumin powder
  6. 1 tea spooncarron seeds (ajwain)
  7. 6-7 tbsp.Water
  8. 3whole wheat chapatis
  9. Garlic mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix besan, salt, carron seeds, water, chopped onions, black paper, cumin powder and make a smooth batter.

  2. 2

    Apply the batter on whole wheat chapatis.

  3. 3

    Put them on hot greased tawa and cook from both the sides.

  4. 4

    Cut them into pieces and apply garlic mayonnaise.
