Ingredients

  1. 1banana
  2. 1/2 cupLow-fat or fat-free yoghurt (Greek or French vanilla are my favourites)
  3. 1/2 cupLow-fat or skim milk
  4. 1 tsphoney (or more)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut up banana and place in blender (or jug if using a hand blender)

  2. 2

    Add honey, yoghurt and milk

  3. 3

    Blend on medium speed or until smooth

  4. 4

    Serve with icecream or fruit and enjoy!
