Ingredients

  1. 1 boxPenne/Elbow/Bowtie/Rigatoni Macaroni (whatever you like)
  2. 20 ozAlfredo Sauce (I make my own personally)
  3. 8 ozSour Cream
  4. 15 ozRicotta Cheese (or use Cottage Cheese)
  5. 2 cloveMinced Garlic (or more if you love garlic like me!)
  6. 3 cupCooked & Diced Chicken
  7. 2 eachLarge Eggs, Slightly Beaten
  8. 1/4 cupFresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
  9. 1/4 cupChopped Parsley
  10. 2 1/4 dashPaprika
  11. 2 dashPepper
  12. 2 cupShredded Mozzarella Cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook pasta as directed on the box.

    Drain pasta & return to pot.

  3. 3

    Stir together all of the ingredients EXCEPT mozzarella cheese.

    Spread mixture into a slightly greased 13x9" baking dish.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese.

  6. 6

    Bake at 350*F for 30 minutes or until bubbly!

    Serve with garlic bread and a salad! Enjoy!!

My daughter and I made this dish yesterday, it came out delicious. It did take longer than 20 minutes and needed some salt. It was a good dish.
