Cheesy chicken Alfredo bake

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 tspmarjoram
  2. 1/4 tsporegano
  3. 1/4 tspbasil
  4. 1 TSPgarlic powder
  5. 1/8 cupparmesan cheese
  6. 1 cuppanko breadcrumbs
  7. 1egg
  8. 1/2 cupmilk
  9. 3chicken breasts
  10. 12 ozfettuccine
  11. 1 Stickbutter
  12. 16 ozheavy whipping cream
  13. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  14. 3 clovesgarlic
  15. 1 ozcream cheese (cut into cubes)
  16. 1 cupparmesan cheese
  17. 2 ozfresh mozzarella cheese (cut into cubes)
  18. 6-10 slicesMuenster cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Mix together marjoram, oregano, basil, parmesan (1/8 cup), garlic powder and panko.

    In a separate dish mix egg and milk together for an egg wash.

  3. 3

    Dredge chicken through egg wash then roll in breading until chicken is covered.

    Cook chicken in air fryer, 360° for 18 minutes. Or lightly pan fry in olive oil until crisp.

    Cook fettuccine until al dente.

    In a separate pan, melt butter with crushed garlic cloves. Once melted add whipping cream.

    When Alfredo boils add cubed cream cheese, stir until melted.

    Once cream cheese is dissolved, add parmesan cheese (1 cup), stir until dissolved and sauce thickens.

    Mix fettuccine and Alfredo sauce together in a baking dish, mix in cubed mozzarella cheese.

    Layer with slices of Muenster. Bake at 350° for 8 minutes.
