Ingredients

  1. For aloo vada:
  2. 6-7Boiled potatoes
  3. 1Onion chopped
  4. 3-4Green chilies finely chopped
  5. 3-4 tspRoasted peanuts
  6. 1 tspMango powder
  7. 1/2 tspGaram Masala
  8. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 2 tspOil for greasing
  11. For batter:
  12. 1 cupBesan
  13. 1/4 tspBaking soda
  14. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Add besan, salt, baking soda in a bowl. Add water. Make thick batter using required water.

    Peel of potatoes, mash it finely. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Combine all.

    Make lemon size balls

    Now Heat appe pan on gas on medium flame. Grease each section with oil.

  5. 5

    Dip one by one potato balls in besan batter. & place it in appe pan. Cook it on slow flame until inner side golden.

    Now turn side & again cook it on slow flame until golden brown. If you want crispy drizzle oil on edges.

    Serve hot with tomato sauce.
