Ingredients

  1. 2 lbground beef.i used 93%lean,7%fat
  2. 10 clovegarlic,peeled n minced
  3. 1 largeonion,chopped.
  4. 2 can@10 3/4 oz.tomato soup
  5. 1 can14.5 oz.no salt added diced tomatoes
  6. 1 jar7.3oz.sliced mushrooms,drained
  7. 1 tsponion powder n garlic powder
  8. 1 tspfresh basil n oregano,chopped
  9. 1 tspsea salt
  10. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  11. 1packet off splenda
  12. 12 ozbag steamfresh frozen corn
  13. 14 1/2 ozwhole grain elbow macaroni noodles,cooked n drained

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    in a large skillet brown beef.once browned add garlic,onion,tomato soup, diced tomatoes, mushrooms,and seasonings.simmer for 30 min.

    steam corn in microwave as directed on bag. add to your sauce.

    boil noodles as directed on box,drain,don't rinse.

    once your sauce is done simmering.transfer noodles to a large mixing bowl.add your sauce to the noodles,and mix well.

    serve.garnish with Parmesan cheese, and enjoy.
