  1. 400 gramsfresh,peeled,uncooked king prawns
  2. 1 largeonion, peeled and cubed
  3. 3 clovegarlic, peeled and finely sliced
  4. 1 cuppomodoro tomatos (cubed from can)
  5. 2 tsptomato paste
  6. 1/2 cupChardonnay (white wine)
  7. 1/2 tspcrushed chillies
  8. 1 tspdried thyme
  9. 2 tspdried oregano
  10. 4 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  11. 250 gramsgreek goat feta cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the olive oil in a pan. Sauté the onions, then add the garlic, tomatos, tomato paste, all the spices snd the white wine. Let all ingredients simmer for 15 minutes until a nice, thick sauce is formed.

    Add the prawns and cook for another 3 minutes. After you remove the pan from heat and while the contents are hot, crumble the feta cheese in and stir well.

    Serve immediately with saffroned basmati!
