Ingredients

  1. needs
  2. 3 cupmilk chocolate chips
  3. 1 (14 oz)can of sweetened condensed milk
  4. 1 tspvanilla
  5. optionals
  6. 1 tsphazelnut almond or coffee extract or a half cup chopped nuts or to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Line a pan with parchment paper.the smaller the pan the taller the fudge

  2. 2

    Put a sauce pan over medium flame

  3. 3

    Drizzle in your sweetened condensed milk

  4. 4

    Sprinkle in your chocolate chips*I may or may not have pretended they were my magic fairy dusts..try not to eat all the yummy chocolate chips before they even touch the pan;p

    Stir in vanilla and any other optional ingredients at this point

    Once your chocolate chips are completely melted in dump that awesomeness into your prepared pan and make pretty swirls on top with your spatula..

    Put in refrigerator to set for about two hours..lick spoon..after two hours look at your fudge and Ta-da!!when your ready to cut the fudge take a knife and dip it in hot water.wipe the water and cut it all pretty:)

    I tryed soo hard to make fudge soo many times and failed it wouldn't set id have a chocolate carmel goop..but this my friends..this is a magic recipe that works every time:)if I can do it u can

Wow. I made this. With Ghirardelli white baking chips. Gave it a thin caramel topping and sprinkled unused chips on top. Looks wonderful. Cant wait to have people try it.
