  1. 1 headCabbage, Shredded
  2. 1 lbGround Turkey ( or beef )
  3. 1 lbRogerwood Spicy Sausage (or any smoked sausage)
  4. 1 eachDiced Onion
  5. 4 eachDiced Carrots
  6. 3 stickDiced Celery
  7. 1 eachDiced Green Bell Pepper
  8. 2 cloveMinced Garlic
  9. 2 canDiced Tomatoes (14.5oz; or Stewed Tomatoes)
  10. 14 1/2 ozWater
  11. 1 cupUncooked Jasmine Rice (or whatever you prefer)
  12. Salt
  13. Pepper
  14. Garlic Powder
  15. Onion Powder
  16. Crushed Red Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a large stock pot, combine turkey, sausage, onion, celery, garlic and cook on medium high. Cook turkey thoroughly.

    Stir in cabbage, tomatoes, water, rice and seasonings.

  3. 3

    Bring to a boil then reduce to medium low, cover and cook about 45 minutes or until rice is done.
