Funeral Potatoes

Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesFrozen Hash browns (1lb.)
  2. 2 canCream of Chicken Soup
  3. 8 ozSour Cream
  4. 1 tspSalt
  5. black or white pepper
  6. Cheddar Cheese
  7. 1 cupCrushed Goldfish Crackers

Cooking Instructions

45 mins

    Microwave Hash browns in the bag cut open for a total of 15 minutes doing it 5 minutes and then shake it to mix it up.

    While waiting for the potatoes, mix Sour Cream, Cheese, and Cream of Chicken Soup together in a good size bowl (you'll add the potatoes into it)

    Add your microwaved Hash Bowns into the bowl. Mix well and put into a 9x13 pan, top with as much cheese as you'd like and then put crushed goldfish on top of the cheese. Bake for 25 minutes.
