Ingredients

  1. 1 cup- rava(suji)
  2. 1 cup- sugar powder
  3. 1/2- grated coconut
  4. 2 tbsp dry fruits- cashews, raisins, almond..
  5. 1/4 teaspoon- elaichi powder
  6. 1 bowl- ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan on moderate flam

  2. 2

    Heat up 1 tbl spoon of ghee in a pan

  3. 3

    Add dry fruits- and fry for a min

  4. 4

    Add rava and little more ghee on top

  5. 5

    Roast until it changes the colour lightly, this should take 4- 5 mins

  6. 6

    Add coconut, elaichi powder and roast stirring continually for about 2 more mins

  7. 7

    Add sugar and mix it well

  8. 8

    Cool it down a bit

  9. 9

    Add more ghee as your requirement

  10. 10

    Take 1-1/2 tbl spoon mixture into hand press firmly & make round ladoos as shown

  11. 11

    Now ladoos are ready to serve
