  9. 5-7 tspCoconut powder

Cooking Instructions

    Pan me ghee dal kar gram karein. Ghee me besan dal kar light flame p bhune.Golden brown hone tak bhunle, plate me nikal le.

    Pan me coconut dal kar 1-2 min bhune khusboo aane lage. Alg plate me nikal le.

    Barfi ki Chashni ke liye* Pan me sugar milk add karein. Light falme p chalte rahein acche s pkale.

    Chashni ko check kar lein iske liye spoon p chashni nikal le aur plate p 1-2 boond dale jmne lage ya 2 fingers ke beech me check karein taar sa bnne lage. Chashni taiyar hai Gas off krde.

    Cashew Nut, pista, badam ko chopped kar ke mix karein. Cardamom ko peesle.

    Chashni me bhuna Nariyal, dry fruits aur cardamom powder acche s mix karein.

    Plate me thoda ghee lgake barfi ka mixture usi p acche s faila de. Yaa aap use Laddo ka shap dede.

    Barfi ya laddoo pe kuch dry fruits aur coconut dalke garnish karein. Bafi pees me cut karein.

  9. 9

    Laddo ya barfi ko air tight container me storage karein 1 month tak use kar saktein hai.
