Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesDried Italian Dressing
  2. 1Bay Leaf
  3. 2 cupWater
  4. 1 bunchGarlic Salt to Taste
  5. 1as needed Black Pepper to Taste
  6. 1as needed Cilantro to taste
  7. 1Onion
  8. 1as needed Pepircinni
  9. 1Beef Bottom Roast

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix water, dry Italian dressing, garlic salt, black pepper, and Cilantro in a pan and bring to a boil

  2. 2

    Place Beef Roast in a Crock Pot and pour mixture over roast and add Bay Leaf

  3. 3

    Cook on lowest setting for 8-10 hours

  4. 4

    Take fork and knife and start shedding the roast.

  5. 5

    Add onions and peppircinnis and cook in crock pot for another half hour

  6. 6

    Serve on hoagie rolls. For added treat put Italian sausage in roll first and dip whole sandwich in sauce.

I tried this with a bear roast! It is excellent, this is now my favorite way the eat bear
