Ingredients

  1. 250 gmchopped bhindi ko 1/2 hour refrigerator mey rakhe
  2. 5-6pice chopped garlic
  3. 2-3green chilli
  4. Pinchhing
  5. 1 teaspoonhaldi powder
  6. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  7. 1 teaspoonjeera
  8. To tastesalt
  9. 1 spoonoil
  10. Green coriander for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Bhindi ko refrigerator se nikale. Refrigerator mey rakhne se bhindi chipchipi nahi hoti hy.

    Ek pan mey oil garam karein usme jeera aur hing daale.

  3. 3

    Ab chopped garlic aur green chilli daale pakaye.

  4. 4

    Ab bhindi daale aur achche se mix karein.

  5. 5

    Ab isme haldi powder, red chilli power, salt daale aur achche se mix karein.

  6. 6

    10min dhak kar pakaye.

  7. 7

    Jab bhindi soft lage tab fast gas mey pakaye.

  8. 8

    Ab gas band karein aur green coriander se garnished karein.
