Ingredients

  1. 500 gboiled peeled potatoes
  2. 50 gsplit peas flour(unga wa bhajia)
  3. 3tblspoon wheat flour
  4. Cooking oil
  5. Halfa cup of water
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. Food colour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix the split peas flour(unga wa bhajia), wheat flour,salt,food colour with water to make a thick paste.

    Drop in the boiled peeled potatoes in the paste.

  3. 3

    Heat up oil in a deep frying pan.

  4. 4

    Fry the coated potatoes in low heat for 10 to 15mins.

  5. 5

    Serve with hot tea or cold juice.
