  1. 100 gmpaneer
  2. 1/2 bowlKnead flour
  3. 1 tbspsalt
  4. 1 tbspred chilli
  5. 1 pinchgaram masala
  6. 1 tbspkasuri methi
  7. 1/2 tbspajwain
  8. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Knead a dough with adding salt and kasuri methi.

    Mash paneer and add salt ajwain red chilli garam masala mix them well.

    Make a round roti

  4. 4

    Stuff the mixture

  5. 5

    Now wrap it and toast on tawa.and serve with masala curd.
