Chicken Rangoon

Ingredients

  1. 16 ozcream cheese softened
  2. 20 ozchicken meat (rotisserie or canned)
  3. 1 mediumonion, chopped
  4. 2 clovegarlic
  5. 2 tbspunsalted butter, melted
  6. 48wonton wrappers

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Combine cream cheese, garlic, chicken and onion in a food processor and pulse until combined.

    Put about 1 teaspoon of filling on each. Wet the edges of the wonton wrapper with water. Fold into a triangle and press the edges closed.

    Arrange the rangoon on the baking sheet and brush with butter.

  5. 5

    Bake in the oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes.

    Serve with BBQ sauce or sriracha..
