Ingredients

  1. 6 piecesUnripe plantain
  2. Salt
  3. 3Fresh pepper
  4. 1cksp Palmoil
  5. Bunchscent leaf
  6. 1maggi cube
  7. 2cksp palmoil
  8. 1cksp crayfish
  9. 1 teaspooncurry

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and slice the plantain.

    Pour in a pot,add water let the water not cover it.

  3. 3

    Add Palmoil,onion,pepper,salt,crayfish,maggi and curry.

  4. 4

    Cover to boil.boil for 8mins.

  5. 5

    Stir with a wooden stirrer.and cover to boil.

  6. 6

    Wash and cut the scent leaf pour it inside the plantain.

  7. 7

    Stir and lower the heat to boil for 1min and turn off the heat.
