Ingredients

  1. 2 cupssemolina
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 1chopped Onion
  4. 1chopped tomato
  5. 1chopped Capsicum
  6. 2chopped green chili
  7. Coriander chopped
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/2tspn Turmeric powder
  10. 1/2tspn garam masala
  11. 1/2tspn red chili pow
  12. 1/2tspn Mustard seeds
  13. 1tspn oil for greasing moulds
  14. 1/2tspn Mustard seeds for sprinkle
  15. 1tspn eno fruits salt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients into a bowl and make a mixture with required water.

    Keep aside for 10 minutes.

    After 10 minutes add eno into mixture.

    Heat appa pan, put one one drop of oil into each mould, then sprinkle little mustard seed into every mould...

    Now add one one spoon of mixture into every mould.

    Cover with lid. And cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

    After 5 minutes change their sides and cook from both sides.

    Crispy healthy appas ready to eats... Serve with any sauce.
