Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F

Saute onions and garlic in butter, set aside.

Mix beef with onion mixture, eggs, bread crumbs, parsley, and mushrooms

Form into patties and saute in butter.
- 5
Make a rue and add beef stock and add mushrooms.
- 6
Add patties to sauce and bake in oven for 45 minutes.
