  4. Curry leaves some
  5. Rai for tadka
  6. 100 gmRice flour

  9. Mix veg.( tomato, onion, shimla mirch,)
  10. (Coriander leaves.,carrot,etc)

    Rawa, rice flour, Salt, mix veg chopped, Jeera, curd sabhi ko achhe se mix kar gadha better bana le. Jyada thik ho to thoda paani bhi add kar sakte hi.. 1 hour ke liye chod de. After than better ko mix karein. Idli pan le. Usme pehle thoda oil lagaye. Uske baad better me eno mix kar achhe se fateiye. Ab pan me better ko daale. Presser cooker me heat water me idli stand ko rakh kar 20 minute tak pakaye. Fir knife daalkar check karein. Idli knife me ni chipke to samjhe idli ready hi.
