Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBoiled chickpeas -
  2. 1/2 cupSuji/Semolina/Rava -
  3. 1 cupCurd -
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 cupFOR STUFFING - Crushed Paneer -
  6. Chopped mix vegetables - 1 cup (
  7. 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper -
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 teaspoonAmchur powder/ Dry mango powder -
  10. 1/4 teaspoonGaram masala -
  11. 4 tablespoonsOil -

Cooking Instructions

    Grind chickpeas using curd and mix suji and salt. Rest the batter for 10 minutes.

    Mix all the ingredients for stuffing.

    Put a nonstick pan on the stove. When the pan is heated, put some butter. Spread 3 tablespoons of the mixture to make a dosa. Spread some stuffing and cook using oil until dosa becomes golden in colour. Fold the dosa from both the sides.

    Delicious Stuffed Chickpeas Dosa is ready to be served with coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
