Ingredients

  1. 2goat head
  2. Salt
  3. 2 teaspoonblack pepper
  4. 4 teaspoonehuru seeds
  5. 3stocked cubes
  6. 1 teaspoonpotash
  7. 3medium sized onion
  8. 15 piecesutazi leaves
  9. 4fresh pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash with iron sponge then cut the goat head in pieces but be careful not to cut the ear,tongue and brain.

    Boil with a pressure pot for 1hour.cut 1 whole onion into 4 and add,remove the brain and tie in alumium fold bag.

    Put the potash in a bowl add little amount of water sieve and keep d liquid.

    When the meat is remove the onion.mash the brain and keep

    Add salt to the meat and boil till the remaining water drys.

    Pour palmoil in a pot,add the liquid potash and turn.it will change the colour to yellow.

    Add pepper,ehuru,mashed brain and sliced utazi leaves.

    Stir very well and pour in the goat meat.place on fire and boil for 5minutes but lower the heat.

    Garnish it when serving with sliced onion rings and utazi leaves.
