Cooking Instructions

Before beginning make sure you 1st wash your hands then measure out the recipe in clean containers.

Mix all the dry ingredients in a clean bowl and roughly mix by hand. Add the eggs and vanilla essence then the coconut milk half way and start kneeding by hand

You may need more coconut milk or less depending on the type of flour you are using. Kneed to a soft dough and cut it into 8 or 10 sub portions. Keep them aside to raise to double.

After they have risen, heat your cooking oil to 180*C. Roll out the portions to half a centimeter thick and cut into 4 quarters. Arrange in a way that you will remember the first ones you cut. Repeat the same to the remaining portions.

Deep fry starting with the first one you cut. Flip it over after its cooked golden brown on one side. Remove from the cooking pan and place on a colander to drain excess oil

Serve with any hot beverage
