Ingredients

8 peoples
  1. 1 ltrMilk
  2. 1/2 cupsemiya
  3. 1/2 cupsagu
  4. 10-12Cashew nuts
  5. 15Kissmiss(dry grapes)
  6. 2 tspGhee
  7. Sugar 1cup (as per ur taste)
  8. 1/2 cupCondensed milk
  9. 1 tspCardomom powder

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the pan.Add ghee.roast cashew and kissmiss separately..keep it side

    Same pan heat vermiIcelly..till gold brown and crispy

    Take a separate pan. Heat 2 cup of water

  4. 4

    Add ½cup of sagu.boil till it become soft. Drain the water from sagu

  5. 5

    Boil true milk in a Pn. Let it boil. Add vermicelli keep stirring.. Add sagu.let it cook abt 3 min

  6. 6

    Add condensed milk and add Cadamom powder. Add 1cup sugar (as per ur taste)

  7. 7

    Add roasted nuts

  8. 8

    Ready to serve😍delicious vermicelli sagu payasam
