Cooking Instructions

Boil the beans for 30minuyes and wash and boil back again.

Add wayer but ot wont cover the beans.put salt,ginger,garlic and onion.

Wait for the beans to be soft then put the plantain(peel.and cut it)crayfish,dry black pepper and knorr seasoning.

After 10minutes,top up water if need be and put the palmoil.
- 5
Boil for 10minutes and then stir and cover it again to boil for 4minutes.
