    Rinse and cut the plantain then boil,remove the back and keep.

  2. 2

    Parboil the beans,Rinse and place back on the heat.

  3. 3

    Blend the ginger and garlic and add to it.with sliced onion.wait till is soft and boiling then put the blended crayfish and fresh pepper to it.

  4. 4

    After 10minutes add salt and red oil.

  5. 5

    After 10minutes,turn with a wooden spartular cover and boil few mins more and is ready.
