Cooking Instructions

Boil beans for 30minutes and wash.Boil water and pour back the beans to boil cut in onion and leave it to boil.After 30minutes check if the beans is soft.

Blend crayfish,salt,knorr cubes,Ginger,Fresh pepper,Garlic and put in.After 20minutes put palmoil and cover to boil.

After 10minutes stir with a spartula and simmer for another 2minutes.
- 4
Slice the half ripe plantain sprinkle little salt on it and fry in canola oil.
