  1. 1 cuprice / washed and soak
  2. 3 tspghee
  3. 1bay leaf
  4. 1/2cumin seeds
  5. 2green cardamom
  6. 3cloves
  7. 1 inchcinnamon stick
  8. 1medium siz chopped onion
  9. 1choopd green chilli
  10. 1 tspchopped garlic and ginger
  11. 2 1/2 cupwater
  12. 1/2 cupchopped mix vegetables
  13. 1 tspsalt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pressore cooker. Add the ghee and whole spices, fry until fragrant about 20 seconds.

    Add the onion, ginger and garlic saute until the onion turns pinck and soft, about 2 minutes.

    Add the veggies and give it a good mix. Saute for 2 minutes.

    Add the rice, water and mix well. Cover the cooker and wait and set the heat to medium low. let the veg pulao cook for 2 whistle.

    Let the steam escape completely by leaving the pressure cooker along the open. add the chopped coriander levels serve hot.
