  1. 1 bowlbasmati rice
  2. 2 tbsp cooking oil
  3. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  4. 1chopped onion, tomato, green chilli
  5. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  9. 100 gmpaneer
  10. 1potato
  11. 1/2 bowlfresh peas
  12. 1 1/2 bowl water
  13. 8-10black pepper seeds,
  14. 4 cloves,
  15. 1 cinnamon stick,
  16. 1 bay leaf

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and Soak rice.

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add whole masale and saute for 30 seconds.

    Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 seconds. Add chopped onion and cook till translucent. Add chopped tomato and cook for 1 minute.

    Now add chopped potato, paneer, peas and saute for 1 minute. Add all dry masale ingredients and mix.

    Add rice and water. Place the lid and cook till 2 whistles. Let pressure releases automatically.

    Open the lid.

    Serve this quick recipe hot with raita, salad and chutney. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
