Cooking Instructions

Wash idli rawa and urad dal separately

Soak them together in sufficient water for 3 to 4hours
- 3
Now remove excess water and grind it in to smooth paste.. add some salt and keep covered aside for fermentation almost for 5 to 6 hours

Grease idli moulds with some oil.. pour ready Idli batter in each mould

Steam as usual or Microwave for 5 minutes on highest temperature

Soft fluffy steamed idlis are ready to serve

For coconut Chutni, take chopped fresh coconut and green chilli in a blender. Add some water and salt.. then grind it in to a smooth paste.. prepare tadka of 2 teaspoon oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves.. add it to ground Chutni.. coconut Chutni is ready
