Take a pan mix curd n rava. Den 1tsp sugar, salt, oil. Den take a aluminium tray grease a oil. Den take a steamer on gas. When water is hot gas frame is low. And lastly put eno in dhokla batter mix gently. Put the batter in tray. N tray in steamer. After 20min u should check the dhokla. Your dhokla is ready. Den take a pan with 1tsp oil when oil is hot den put mustard seed, curry leaves, n green chillies on it. The tarka is ready. All tarka is put on dhokla n cut n served with green chutney
