  2. 1.onion chopped
  3. Green chilli slit
  4. 1.tomato chopped
  5. 1.potato chopped
  6. 1 tspJeera
  7. 1/2 tspHaldi
  8. Salt taste
  9. Coriander green
  10. Mustard oil little bit
  11. 1 tspPure ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Oil + ghee dal ke garam karein.... Refiend oil nahi use kiya hai kyoki not good.... Aap Esma banaeya tasty bnta hai

    Jeera, onion dala sauthe kiya

    Green chilli, tomato dala thodha saute kiya,potato dala

    Haldi, Salt, Red chilli

    Thodi der saute kiya... Phir pani dal Ke dhak Ke patote lightly cooked hone Tak wait karege

    Potato cooked Ke baad vermicelli dal Ke thodha sa pani dal ke lid off let dege vermicelli cooked Ho jaye

    Cooked hone pe vermicelli ke gas off kar dege...

    Thoda rest hone chodh de phir usme green coriander dal ke serve karein....
