Ingredients

  1. 3 leavesPan
  2. 2 tablespoonGulkand
  3. 1 teaspoonFennel seeds
  4. 1 teaspoonCardamom seeds
  5. 1 teaspoonCardamom powder
  6. 2 scoopVanilla ice cream
  7. 2 glassMilk
  8. 1 tablespoonRose water
  9. Ice cubes 4-6

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the pans and add them into the mixer; then add gulkand, cardamom powder, fennel seeds, rose water and milk and grind it well.

    Then add ice cream and give it a half churn.

    Now transfer it into a glass.
