Cooking Instructions

Mix all purpose flour with khoya mix it well with warm water and food colour (in different bowls) and rest for 10 minutes

Take a pan and put oil in it (oil should be some so that the batter doesn't do in just cook in it) pour the batter in oil and slowly cook it from one side then turn it and cook from both sides

Cut the Malpura in different shapes

Take another pan and add 400gm of sugar and water make one string sugar syrup and add cardamom powder in it

Now dip Malpura in sugar syrup and take it out

Now serve your Malpura with chopped pistachio, rabri and cherry
