  2. 1 tbspRose buds
  3. 3 tspRose syrup
  4. 1 tbspSugar
  5. 1.5 cupsCurd
  6. 1/2 cupMilk
  7. 2 tbspCream

Cooking Instructions

    Take the Almonds and grind them

    Add the rose buds and grind

  3. 3

    Add the rose syrup

  4. 4

    Add sugar

  5. 5

    Add half of the milk and grind again

  6. 6

    Add the curd and the remaining milk and grind again

  7. 7

    Add cream and now grind for sometime to make the lassi frothy

  8. 8

    Pour in desired glasses
