Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcurd
  2. 1 cupsooji
  3. 1/4 teaspoonbaking soda
  4. 2 tspGrated ginger
  5. 15-20curry leavea
  6. 1onion
  7. 1capsicum
  8. 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  9. 1/4 teaspoonred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tablespoonoil
  11. to tastesalt
  12. as neededWater
  13. As neededTomato ketchup

Cooking Instructions

    Take sooji & curd & mix well & add some salt,curry leaves, grated ginger & marinate it for 10 min.

    Take Idli stand & brush it with some oil & put mixture in it.

    Remove cooker whistle & put some water in it &,put Idli stand in it for 15 min.

    After15-20 min. Idli is ready

    Then take pan with oil in it & put mustard seeds,curry leaves,juliens of capsicum & onion...saughte it for 2 min.

    Put some salt,red chilli,tomato ketchup in it.

  7. 7

    Put Idli (cut it into pieces)in it.
