Roasted, potatoes, Mashed potatoes, I have enjoyed them but I was now tired of eating same food so I thought why not be creative and try something new. Believe me the family enjoyed them and ask me the name I just potatoes with a twist.

Ingredients

  1. 4large potatoes (boiled with skin)
  2. 1Carrot (peeled and tiny diced)
  3. 1Onion (finely chopped)
  4. 1Green (finely chopped)
  5. To tastesalt
  6. To tastegarlic and herbs spice
  7. To tasteground pepper
  8. 3 tbsolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse potatoes thoroughly and boil them for 30 minutes and cool them after draining water.

    Pour the olive oil on a pot then start to fry the onion, carrot, and green pepper

  3. 3

    Stir the mixture then spice it to taste with the spices.

  4. 4

    Those potatoes cut them into wedges size then drizzle the mixture and serve then cool as a salad or a main dish it's all up to you.
