Ingredients

28pcs
  1. 1 1/2 cupsrice
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1 3/4 cupsthick coconut milk
  4. 1tspn yeast
  5. 2tspn cardamon powder
  6. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Soak rice overnight

    Drain and leave in sieve to drain excess water.

    Put rice, coconut milk,yeast,sugar and cardamon pwdr in blender. Blend until u dont feel the rice...into a smooth mixture. May take a while.

    Pour into bowl, cover set aside and let it rise. 30-60 mins

    I used the VitumbuaMaker. Once risen pour 1 tbspn oil then add in the mixture.

    Cover and let it brown on the inside and the upper side dries. Then turn and cook the other side once it browns, remove

    Serve with a cup of hot masala tea.
