Ingredients

  1. 130 gmsflour
  2. 2 gmscocoa powder
  3. 57 gmsbutter
  4. 100 gmssugar
  5. 1 pcegg
  6. 2 dropsvanilla essence
  7. 120 mlsyoghurt (butter milk)
  8. 2 tbsred food coloring
  9. 1 tspvinegar
  10. 3 gmsbaking soda

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare baking tin

    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy

  3. 3

    Add the Egg, vanilla essence

  4. 4

    In a separate container

  5. 5

    Whisk yoghurt and coloring the alternative lying add the flour and yoghurt

  6. 6

    Combine vinegar and baking powder allow to fizz then fold in quickly

  7. 7

    Pour into tin and bake at 180 for 25 mins
