Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 1large egg (at room temperature)
  2. 150 mlvegetable oil
  3. 1 tablespoonlemon juice or vinegar
  4. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  5. 3 tablespoonssugar
  6. 1 teaspoonCoconut flavour (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash egg thoroughly & break into your blender cup

  2. 2

    Add in the salt, sugar, coconut flavour and vinegar, then blend on high speed for 1 minute

  3. 3

    Add in the vegetable oil bit by bit while blending(it'll start becoming thick) blend until you've added in all the oil and it's thick enough

  4. 4

    After blending, pour out into a neat container and it's ready for use

  5. 5

    Make sure to use up within 3 days without refrigerating and 1 week if refrigerated.
