Pumpkins are not most people's favourite meal. I had a pumpkin in my house for over two months and did not have an idea what to make of it. I was about to make banana bread when the thought of pumpkin bread came about. I was I inspired by Eunyaki craft's banana bread recipe.

Ingredients

  1. 230 gflour
  2. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  3. 1 tspbaking powder
  4. 1tspn cinnamon
  5. 125 gsugar
  6. 113 gmelted butter
  7. 1egg
  8. 1/2 cupmilk
  9. 1/2tspn vanilla
  10. 1/4pumpkin mashed
  11. 1 handfulalmonds

    Prepare your baking tin.

    Sieve and mix your dry ingredients; flour, cinnamon,baking soda and baking powder.

    Beat your egg well add vanilla and continue beating well. Add milk and melted and cooled blueband and beat well using a mixer. Add sugar

    Add your mashed and cooled pumpkin.

    Add your dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in bits and fold them in.

    Layer your Almonds..

    Bake for atlist 30 minutes.check if your cake is cooked. By performing a skewer test. Dip in a skewer and if it comes out dry the cake is done.
