Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 325° and grease a regular size loaf pan.
- 2
Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- 3
Cream butter and sugar together, then beat in the egg until it's a little fluffy. Then beat in your pumpkin.
- 4
Slowly blend the dry mixture into the wet. Pour mixture into loaf pan and bake for an hour. Or when a toothpick comes out clean.
- 5
IMPORTANT: wait for your bread to cool before removing! The first one I made I couldn't wait for and it was so moist that it fell apart!
