Ingredients

  1. 250 gflour
  2. 250margarine
  3. 250sugar
  4. 5medium Size egg
  5. 1 tspbaking powder
  6. 1/4 tspsalt
  7. 1 tablespoonvanilla essence
  8. (Decoration)
  9. 300 mlwhipping cream
  10. 1/4 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Cream sugar with margarine until sugar is incorporated

    Add egg yellow in the sugar mixture,vanilla essence and mix.Sieve your flour n baking and mix well.Add water bit by bit if the mixture is thick

    In a separate bowl beat the egg white until they double in size.

    Gently Fold in your flour n sugar mixture in the eggwhite at this point do not overmix and pour the batter in a baking pan.

    Bake in your preheated oven for 1hr or until a skewer inserted comes out dry.

    For decoration: let your cake cool completely in a wire rack.

  7. 7

    Beat your whipping cream until it becomes thick and double is size and decorate to your liking.
