Cooking Instructions

Warm milk, add butter to the warm milk, add yeast to milk to react. Leave it for 10 minutes

Add all the dry ingredients in bowl

Add milk to the dry ingredients

Knead until soft and sticky (should be sticky and soft not tough)

Cover the dough and leave to rise for about 1 hour. But you can speed up the rising by putting in a **warm not hot** warn oven

Knead again, roll the dough and cut into desired shapes

Place in on a baking tin which you should have surfaced with margarine or butter. Cover and leave it to rise

Put in a 180° preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes

Serve as you Desire☺
