Ingredients

  1. 1-1/2 ltr Milk
  2. 3 tablespoonSugar
  3. 4-5Cashew nuts
  4. 4-5Almonds
  5. 5-7Pistachios
  6. 2-3strings Saffron (soaked in milk)
  7. 1 pinchCardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil milk and reduce it to 1/3rd.

    When it starts to get thick add cashew nuts, almonds, saffron milk and pistachios in it.

    And when it becomes little more thick add sugar into it cook for 4-5 minutes and switch off the flame.

    Basundi is ready to serve now.
