It is very common and tasty dish of Maharashtra.
( you can also add leftover rice in it.)
Cooking Instructions

Crush leftover roti with hands or mixture grinder. Add salt, sugar, lemon juice and mix well.

Add oil in a pan and heat it. Add mustard seeds, turmeric powder, asafoetida,green chillies, curry leaves and finely chopped onion. Fry onion till golden brown and also add roasted peanuts then add red chilli powder, coriander seed powder, cumin seed powder.

Immediately add crushed roti in a pan and mix it well. Sprinkle little water if needed.

Cover pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Turn off the gas and serve the fodanichi poli with finely chopped coriander.
