  1. 250 gmspaneer
  2. For gravy
  3. 2onion

  5. 1green chilli
  6. 1 inchginger

  8. 1 bowlcoriander leaves

  10. 1/2beetroot
  11. Second step Vegetables
  12. 1 cupcauliflower
  13. 1carrot
  14. 1/2capsicum
  15. 4beans
  16. 1 cupgreen peas
  17. 1 cupsweet corn
  18. 2onion
  19. 1/2 tspmustard seeds and cumin
  20. 1/2 tspturmeric powder and coriander powder
  21. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  22. 1 spoonkitchen king masala
  23. 1/2 tspaesofotedia

Cooking Instructions

    First step grind all the ingredients in to thick paste adding beetroot gives it red colour no need to add artificial colours

    Second step cut all the vegetables

  3. 3

    Third step add oil in pan....add aesofotedia and mustard and jeera seeds add vegetables and cook till it gets soft

  4. 4

    Add grinded gravy and all masalas till it leaves oil

  5. 5

    Now add salt and water and cook

  6. 6

    Add paneer and cook for another 10 minutes

  7. 7

    Ready to serve...Garnish with coriander leaves
